Founder & CEO
Valentino is the Founder and CEO, with over 15 years’ international experience managing large-scale metro and transportation projects. Having built businesses from the ground up, he brings together strategic vision and hands-on project leadership.
Alfredo Zanella
Technical Director
Alfredo is a Technical Director specialising in metro and railway systems. He’s driven by a determination to get things right, with a straightforward approach built on technical expertise, honesty and transparency.
Alessia Petrella
HR & Administration
Alessia looks after HR and administration, keeping the day-to-day running of the team organised. She’s practical, detail-oriented and always ready to help find simple solutions and get things done.
Gabriela Anez Paz
Project Coordinator
Gabriela manages projects, making sure they stay on schedule and meet the required quality standards. Practical and organised, Gabriela is valued by clients and colleagues for being a good listener and finding creative, effective solutions even in complex situations.
Agnese Baldoni
IT, ESG & Design
Agnese looks after IT, ESG & Design, connecting technology, creativity and sustainability. Her background in product, systemic and innovation design helps her bring fresh perspectives to projects, shape the company’s visual identity and turn sustainable ideas into reality.
Luciano Bedin
Electrical & Fire Alarm / Construction Manager
Luciano is Electrical & Fire Alarm / Construction Manager, working with the team since 2023. An electrical engineer and authorised installer in Denmark since 2006, his experience includes installations on major hospitals and on the Cityringen metro.
Antonio Pellegrino
MEP Site Manager
Antonio is Site & Electrical System Engineer on the Copenhagen M4 metro. A site electrical engineer and surveyor, he has experience in metro, HVAC and fire protection systems, from site coordination to commissioning.
Giovanni Moniaci
MEP/TLC Engineer
Giovanni is a consultant, working with the team as an MEP/TLC Engineer.
Vito Rizzo
Senior SCADA & MEP Commissioning Expert
Vito is a consultant with over 40 years’ international experience in commissioning automation and control systems (SCADA, DCS, PLC), including power plants in Egypt and South Africa and 20 stations of the Cityringen metro.
